1.License by Chief of the State Police.
The Chief of the State Police may license fleet inspection stations to inspect 10 or more vehicles registered in the name of a single owner.
2.Requirements.
To qualify as a fleet inspection station, a station must:

Fleet station inspections are limited exclusively to fleet vehicles.
4.Employment of certified inspection mechanics.
A fleet inspection station must employ a sufficient number of certified inspection mechanics to inspect every vehicle in the fleet annually.
