Text
1.Demand.
On receipt of an accident report required under section 2251, the Secretary of State shall demand of the owner or operator proof of financial responsibility under section 1605.
2.Suspension.
If within 30 days of the date of demand the required proof has not been given, the Secretary of State shall:
