Text
1.Reexamination may be required.
The Secretary of State, having good cause to believe that a licensed operator is incompetent or otherwise not qualified to be licensed, may require, on at least 5 days prior written notice, that operator to submit to an examination.
2.Suspension of license.
On conclusion of an examination, the Secretary of State may suspend the license of that person or issue a restricted license.
3.Refusal to submit to examination.
Refusal or neglect of the licensee to submit to an examination is sufficient ground for suspension.
