Text

The Secretary of State may restrict a license to operation:

1.Specific vehicle. Of a specified vehicle;
2.Daylight. During daylight hours;
3.Area operation. Within a designated area; or
4.Other. Under any other restriction or condition that the Secretary of State determines is in the interest of highway safety.
