Text

1.Motorcycles. The Secretary of State may issue a license specifically endorsed for the operation of a motorcycle with the same requirements as a motor vehicle license. A motor vehicle license does not authorize operation of a motorcycle unless the license is endorsed for that vehicle. This subsection does not apply to the operation of an autocycle.
2.Moped license. The Secretary of State may issue a license to operate a moped. An applicant must have attained 16 years of age and must pass an examination on qualifications to operate a moped. The examination fee and license fee for a moped license is the same as for a Class C license.
3.Motorized bicycle, tricycle or scooter operator. A motorized bicycle or tricycle or motorized scooter may only be operated by a person who possesses a val
