Text
1.Application fee.
The fee for an initial application for a license under this subchapter is $150 and is nonrefundable.
2.License fee.
The fee for the issuance or renewal of a license is $150.
3.Annex or secondary locations.
Each secondary or annex location of a recycler must be approved and licensed by the Secretary of State. The annual fee for each secondary location is $100. The annual fee for each annex location is $150.
