§ 29-A §1101 — Recycler license required
1.Recycler.
"Recycler" means a person engaged in the business of purchasing or acquiring in any manner vehicles or vehicle parts for the purpose of:

A person may not engage in business as an insurance salvage pool without a license issued under section 1051.

A person licensed under this section who displays, sells, exchanges, offers to negotiate, negotiates or advertises the sale of rebuilt or repaired salvage vehicles must comply with chapter 9, subchapter III.
