§ 28-B §508 — Use of cannabis and cannabis products within licensed premises

Maine·Title 28-B CANNABIS·Ch. 1 CANNABIS LEGALIZATION ACT
1.Employee use of cannabis or cannabis products for medical use. A licensee may allow an employee who is a qualifying patient pursuant to the Maine Medical Use of Cannabis Act to privately consume cannabis and cannabis products for medical use within its licensed premises.
2.Employee use of adult use cannabis or adult use cannabis products. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a licensee may not allow an employee to consume adult use cannabis or adult use cannabis products within its licensed premises or while the employee is otherwise engaged in activities within the course and scope of employment.
3.Other use of adult use cannabis or adult use cannabis products. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter:
