Text

A municipality shall notify the department within 14 days of the date the municipality authorizes the operation of a cannabis establishment within the municipality; issues or renews a license for the operation of a cannabis establishment within the municipality; withdraws authorization or suspends or revokes a license for the operation of a cannabis establishment within the municipality; approves relocation of the licensed premises of a cannabis establishment to the municipality; or approves a transfer of ownership interests in a license the licensed premises of which are located within the municipality.
