Text
The office shall notify a municipality within 14 days of the date the office approves, renews, denies, suspends or revokes the license of a licensee whose licensed premises are located or proposed to be located in the municipality; imposes a monetary penalty on a licensee located within the municipality; approves relocation of the licensed premises of a cannabis establishment to or from the municipality; or approves a transfer of ownership interest in a license with respect to which the licensed premises are located within the municipality.
The office shall provide the department's Bureau of Revenue Services with the same information provided to a municipality under this section at the time that the office notifies the municipality.
