§ 28-B §103 — Unauthorized conduct; penalties
1.Unauthorized conduct.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, in the rules adopted pursuant to this chapter, in chapter 3 or in the Maine Medical Use of Cannabis Act or as specifically authorized pursuant to a license issued under this chapter, a person may not:

In addition to any penalties that may be imposed pursuant to this chapter or chapter 3, a person that violates any other provision of law or rule governing the conduct prohibited under subsection 1 is subject to any criminal or civil penalties that may be imposed pursuant to that other law or rule.
