Text
A person is not eligible for employment with the bureau if that person:
1.Interest in corporation.
Has any official, professional or other connection with or owns any stock in a corporation interest either directly or indirectly in the manufacture or sale of liquor; or
2.Violation of state or federal law.
Has been convicted or adjudicated guilty of violating any state or federal law regulating the manufacture, sale or transportation of liquor.
