Text
The wholesale spirits provider and each principal officer of the wholesale spirits provider may not hold or possess:
1.Agency liquor store license.
An agency liquor store license;
2.License to manufacture spirits.
A license in this State or another state to manufacture spirits; or
3.Direct financial interest in prohibited license.
A direct financial interest in a license described in subsection 1 or 2, except that a minor investment in not more than 1% of the securities of a business entity holding a license described in subsection 1 or 2 does not constitute a financial interest prohibited by this subsection.
