Text
This chapter governs the issuance of an agency liquor store license and the operation of agency liquor stores licensed pursuant to this Part. The bureau may license and regulate a person as an agency liquor store on an annual or temporary basis for the purposes of selling liquor in sealed bottles, containers or original packages for off-premises consumption.
