Text
1.Agency liquor store may not be located within 300 feet of school or church.
The bureau may not license an agency liquor store located within 300 feet of any public or private school, church, chapel or parish house.
2.Method of measurement.
The distance must be measured from the main entrance of the agency liquor store to the main entrance of the school, school dormitory, church, chapel or parish house by the ordinary course of travel.
