§ 28-A §2071 — Failure to appear before the bureau
1.Failure to appear when summoned.
It is illegal for a person who is summoned as a witness by the bureau to appear before the bureau, to fail to appear without reasonable cause at the time and place designated in the subpoena or summons.
2.Penalties.
A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
