§ 28-A §2053 — Suspension of minor's operator's license for violations

1.Court shall suspend license. The court shall suspend the operator's license or right to operate, or right to obtain a license, of a minor found in violation of section 2052 as follows: 1-A. Suspend license. The court may suspend the operator's license, or right to operate a motor vehicle or right to obtain a license, of a minor found in violation of section 2051, subsection 1, paragraph D for 30 days for the first offense. The court shall suspend the operator's license, or right to operate a motor vehicle or right to obtain a license, of a minor found in violation of section 2051, subsection 1, paragraph D as follows:
