Text

1.Issuance of licenses. The bureau may issue licenses under this section for the sale of malt liquor to be consumed on the premises to taverns as defined in section 2, subsection 15, paragraph T‑1.
2.Minors not permitted on premises. Minors are not permitted to remain on the premises of a licensed tavern unless:
