Text
Establishments located on fairgrounds operated by agricultural societies or where pari-mutuel racing is conducted, which otherwise meet the definition of a hotel or a restaurant, shall be considered to be a hotel or restaurant for purposes of this Title, even if an admission charge must be paid to gain entrance to the fairgrounds or racing grounds.
