§ 28-A §1063-B — Pool halls
Maine·Title 28-A LIQUORS·Part 3 LICENSES FOR SALE OF LIQUOR·Ch. 43 LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF LIQUOR TO BE CONSUMED ON THE LICENSED PREMISES
1.Issuance of licenses.
The bureau may issue licenses under this section for the sale of malt liquor and wine for on-premises consumption to pool halls as defined in section 2, subsection 15, paragraph N‑1.
2.Minors prohibited on premises; exceptions.
3.Smoking when minors are prohibited.
