§ 26 §783 — Failure to perform duties of office

Maine·Title 26 LABOR AND INDUSTRY·Ch. 7 EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
A person who, being authorized to issue a work permit, knowingly fails to perform the duties of that person's office as required by this subchapter must be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $50 for each offense.
