1.Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
2.Use of facial surveillance by department, public employee or public official.
The following provisions govern the use of facial surveillance systems and facial surveillance data by a department or by a public employee or public official in the performance of their official duties.
3.Enforcement.
The following provisions apply to a violation of this section by a department or a public employee or public official acting in the performance of their official duties.
