§ 25 §2952 — Definition

1.Drug.
"Drug" means scheduled drugs, controlled substances or illegal drugs as defined by the Maine Criminal Code, Title 17‑A, chapter 45 or federal law.
2.Agency.
"Agency" means the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
3.Assistant director.
"Assistant director" means the Assistant Director of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
4.Board.
5.Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Public Safety.
6.Director.
"Director" means the Director of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
