Text

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of section 1542‑A, subsection 1 or 3, or with the provisions of section 1542‑A, subsection 4, imposing a duty to transmit criminal fingerprint records to the State Bureau of Identification, or with the provisions of sections 1544, 1547 or 1549 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $100 may be adjudged.
