§ 24-A §603 — Record, remittance of fees

Maine·Title 24-A MAINE INSURANCE CODE·Ch. 7 FEES AND TAXES

The superintendent shall keep a correct account of all fees and moneys received by the superintendent by virtue of the superintendent's office, and shall pay the same over to the Treasurer of State forthwith.
