As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Applicant.
"Applicant" means:

"Certificate" means any certificate issued under a group long-term care insurance policy.
3.Group long-term care insurance policy.
"Group long-term care insurance policy" means a long-term care insurance policy that is delivered or issued for delivery in this State to an employer group, private purchasing alliance, labor union group, association group, trustee group, credit union group or other group as described in chapter 35.
4.Long-term care insurance policy.
"Long-term care insurance policy" means any individual or group insurance policy or rider offered by a life or health insurer, fraternal benefit society, nonprofit hosp
