§ 24-A §479 — Penalties

Maine·Title 24-A MAINE INSURANCE CODE·Ch. 5 AUTHORIZATION OF INSURERS AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Any violation of any order issued by virtue of this subchapter or any rule or regulatory provision made by the superintendent pursuant thereto shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for less than one year, or by both.
