The requirement of filing a report of experience of claims payment for substance use disorder treatment in the format prescribed by section 2842, subsection 9; for chiropractic services in the format prescribed by section 2748, subsection 3 and section 2840‑A, subsection 3; and for breast cancer screening services in the format prescribed by section 2745‑A, subsection 4 and section 2837‑A, subsection 4 applies to health maintenance organizations.
