§ 24-A §420 — General corporation laws inapplicable to foreign insurers

Maine·Title 24-A MAINE INSURANCE CODE·Ch. 5 AUTHORIZATION OF INSURERS AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The general corporation laws of this State shall not apply as to foreign insurers holding certificates of authority to transact insurance in this State.
