§ 24-A §418 — Power to amend, modify or refuse to renew certificates of authority

Maine·Title 24-A MAINE INSURANCE CODE·Ch. 5 AUTHORIZATION OF INSURERS AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Notwithstanding the authority of the District Court, the superintendent may amend, modify or refuse to renew any insurer's certificate of authority for cause pursuant to procedures in conformity with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter IV.
