§ 24-A §4131 — Review

Maine·Title 24-A MAINE INSURANCE CODE·Ch. 55 FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES

All decisions and findings of the superintendent made under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to review by proper proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction in this State.
