The superintendent may, by rule, establish additional powers and duties of the board and may adopt such rules as are necessary and proper to implement this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
4.Review for solvency.
An annual review of the association for solvency must be performed by an independent certified public accountant using generally accepted accounting principles. The association shall submit the annual review to the superintendent.
