§ 24-A §3606 — Certificate of authority required

Maine·Title 24-A MAINE INSURANCE CODE·Ch. 51 DOMESTIC MUTUAL ASSESSMENT INSURERS
No such insurer shall transact insurance in this State except as authorized by a subsisting certificate of authority issued to the insurer by the superintendent.
