Text
1.Partnerships authorized.
The State may enter into state-federal health coverage partnerships that support the availability of affordable health coverage in the State in accordance with this section. As used in this chapter, "state-federal health coverage partnership" means a program established or authorized under federal law that provides or reallocates federal funding or that provides for the waiver or modification of otherwise applicable provisions of federal laws governing health insurance. "State-federal health coverage partnership" includes, but is not limited to, innovation waivers under Section 1332 of the federal Affordable Care Act.
