1.Health insurance policies.
This chapter applies to individual health insurance policies subject to chapter 33 and to group health insurance policies and certificates subject to chapter 35.
2.Dental plans and vision care plans.
This chapter applies to dental plans and vision care plans only as specified.
3.Policies not subject to this chapter.
