§ 24-A §2396 — Coordination of law

1.Causes of action extinguished; exception. Notwithstanding Title 1, section 302, a cause of action or administrative proceeding that could have been asserted or instituted, whether or not pending, prior to or on the effective date of this Act arising out of or relating to sections 2386 and 2386-A and their predecessor statutes, sections 2366 and 2367 or due to an insurer's performance as a servicing carrier or other participation in the residual market mechanism may not exist or be brought against the pool, the board or an insurer that has timely paid to the pool in full at least the allocated share pursuant to section 2393, subsection 1.
