§ 24-A §2393 — Initial funding of pool
Maine·Title 24-A MAINE INSURANCE CODE·Ch. 26 THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION RESIDUAL MARKET DEFICIT RESOLUTION AND RECOVERY ACT
1.Payments by insurers.
Insurers shall pay to the pool on or before January 1, 1996 the amount of $65,000,000, as follows.
2.Payments by employers.
Employers shall pay to the pool the following amounts.
3.Payments by Maine Insurance Guaranty Association.
The association shall pay to the pool $1,538,039 on or before February 15th, May 15th, August 15th, and November 15th of each year for 40 consecutive calendar quarters beginning August 15, 1996.
