Text
Each insurer transacting or offering to transact workers' compensation insurance in the State shall offer deductibles for medical expenses as follows.
1.Optional deductible of $250.
To employers who are not experience-rated, insurers shall offer a deductible of $250 per occurrence.
2.Optional deductible of $250 or $500.
To employers who are experience-rated, insurers shall offer a deductible of $250 or $500 per occurrence.
3.Mandatory deductible of $500.
