Text
1.Filing.
Every advisory organization shall file with the superintendent every pure premium, manual of rating rules, rating schedule and change, amendment or modification of the foregoing proposed for use in the State at least 30 days prior to the proposed effective date.
2.Effective date.
The superintendent may extend the proposed effective date for an additional period not to exceed 60 days if the superintendent gives written notice to the advisory organization that made the filing that the superintendent needs additional time for consideration of the filing. The superintendent may require any additional information necessary to evaluate the filing.
3.Disapproval.
The superintendent may disapprove, without hearing, an advisory organization filing that has not become effective if the p
