1.Uniform classification system; uniform experience rating plan.
Every workers' compensation insurer, including self-insurers, shall adhere to a uniform classification system and uniform experience rating plan filed with the superintendent by an advisory organization designated by the superintendent and subject to the superintendent's disapproval. An insurer may develop subclassifications of the uniform classification system upon which a rate may be made; provided, however, that such subclassifications must be filed with the superintendent 30 days prior to their use.
