§ 24-A §2203 — Scope
1.Scope.
This chapter applies to all persons and other entities required to be licensed by the superintendent under this Title, or Title 24, and to all insurance support organizations, as defined in section 2204, that collect, maintain or distribute information on residents of this State or arising out of insurance transactions in this State. With respect to particular insurance transactions, this chapter applies if the transaction arises out of a policy, contract or certificate delivered, issued for delivery or renewed in this State or arises out of an application for such coverage.
