§ 24-A §2152-C — Disclosures in printed marketing materials of Medicare products

1.Disclosures. Except as provided in subsections 2 and 3, a person may not use printed materials marketing Medicare products unless the material:

The superintendent may adopt rules to implement this section. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
