1.Application.
Each application for approval of a continuing education program must be submitted according to the guidelines prescribed by the superintendent accompanied by the appropriate fee in section 601. The fee is nonrefundable. A fee is required only for original course submissions. Subsequent or renewal filings of approved courses are considered original if modified in any manner.
2.Review.
Courses and programs must be approved or disapproved by the superintendent, subject to prior review and nonbinding recommendations of the Continuing Education Advisory Committee or another 3rd-party selected by the superintendent.
