§ 24-A §1461 — Scope of subchapter
1.Scope.
This subchapter applies to consultants as defined in section 1402.
2.Definition.
Unless the context otherwise requires, "consultant," as used in this subchapter, means both property and casualty consultants and life and health consultants as defined in section 1402.
