§ 24 §2309 — Disputes
Any dispute arising between a corporation subject to this chapter and any provider of health care with which such corporation has a contract for health care may be submitted to the superintendent for the superintendent's decision with respect thereto. Any decision and findings of the superintendent made under this chapter are not a bar to constituted legal procedure for the review of such proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction.
