§ 22 §7947 — Rules
Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 3 DRUG ABUSE·Ch. 1666-B INTERMEDIATE SANCTIONS AND INCENTIVES FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CARE IN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES
The department shall adopt rules for intermediate sanctions in conformity with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II.
