§ 22 §761 — Compact administrator for Maine
Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 2 STATE AND LOCAL HEALTH AGENCIES·Ch. 163 NEW ENGLAND COMPACT ON RADIOLOGICAL HEALTH PROTECTION
The compact administrator for this State, as required by Article VI of the compact, shall be the Commissioner of Health and Human Services.
