§ 22 §7321 — Program established
Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 3 DRUG ABUSE·Ch. 1623 IN-HOME AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY AND OTHER ADULTS AT RISK OF INAPPROPRIATE PLACEMENT IN INSTITUTIONAL SETTINGS
The department shall establish and administer a program of in-home and community support services for adults with long-term care needs who are eligible for these services pursuant to section 7322.
