Text
1.Federal, state and other funds.
Through plans and contracts, the division shall obtain, distribute and administer federal, state and other community services funds. Balances of funds appropriated to the division to carry out the purposes of this chapter may not lapse, but must be carried forward from year to year to be expended for the same purpose.
