§ 22 §3178 — Payment to conservator or guardian
If an applicant for or a recipient of aid is found by the department to be incapable of taking care of the applicant's or recipient's own health, welfare or money, payment must be made only to a legally appointed guardian or conservator for the applicant's or recipient's benefit.
